Aric smiled and shrugged "Well, while I'm at the mall, I like to just do...stuff" He said in a sarcastic voice with a lisp. He was only kidding though "Nah, I like to go grab a new shirt every so often, so I'm not wearing the same outfit twice a week. As for the arcade...I haven't been in there for years. I would blow so much money if I was to go in there" He told her with a bit of a laugh. It was true though, he could never go into the arcade and spend less than about fifteen bucks. He would just want to play every game at least once, and if there was a new game, forget it...He would never leave. Aric nodded agreeably "Free wi-fi is always nice. I think I may have seen you at the mall once or twice while you were sitting in the food court...I think I saw you playing World of Warcraft" He said jokingly.
Aric adding onto her remarks about the parties "Aint that the truth...Why can't people just sit back and have a few beers? Mingle around. That's what I would do, but there was always that one drunk that would get all pissed off at something and try to fight someone." He agreed. "I've been attacked by a guy with a broken liquor bottle, but some of my buddies stopped it before he ended up in the hospital and they threw him out...He apologized that Monday at school, but I never partied with him again. He confessed to Steph. That guy could have killed Aric that night, luckily, Aric knew how to dodge. Aric then tackled the guy to the ground and was ready to pound his face in, but was pulled off by a group of friends that were watching nearby.
Aric listened to Steph when she explained things about this guy. Aric thought for a moment. He had remembered the name from somewhere "So you guys aren't dating? Kind of like, whatever happens...happens kind of deal?" He asked, being a little curious. He may have sounded like he was intruding in her business, but he liked hearing more about her, and he didn't mean to sound like he was sticking his nose where it didn't belong. When she mentioned the broken ankle thing Aric shrugged "I've dealt with them before. I think the wort thig I've dealt with as far as sports injuries, was a...Prolly a fractured skull. Due to basketball. A guy had been fouled, but was landed on by another player while he was getting up...That was a nasty thing to deal with." He told her. There was blood coming from the guy's nose, he was unconscious, and Aric had to take care of him while the paramedics arrived
Aric laughed a bit when she pulled the keys from him abruptly. He knew she might have liked that little treat. "I hope you can drive standard...Or at least know the basics." He raised his left eyebrow, still not able to feel the other. "Oh, thanks...I was hoping that you would love the looks of a lazy eye on a guy...That doesn't turn you on?" He teased. He knew he wasn't in the best looking stage right now, but in about a half an hour, he would look fairly normal again.

Stephanie laughed at his obvious joking manner, Aric was turning out to be quite a blast even though the two were stuck in the hospital. "Oh no because wearing the same shirt twice in just one week is such a crime," one that Stephanie had committed so many times. "You would hate hanging out with me then, I have this favorite shirt that I can wear like three times a week." She emphasized the number as she grinned at him. She didn't see the point in spend so much on clothes, it seemed stupid when people barely wore everything in their closet as it was. "Tell me about it," She commented after the arcade bit, Steph had to usually limit what she could spend in there. When he said he had seen her there before she gave him a grin, and that turned into some confused expression when he said he'd seen her playing that. "What? You're so lame," She told him shaking her head laughing the entire time. He had her going there for a second, it would have been nice to be noticed.
"Did you do anything to provoke it?" She asked curiously, the broken liquor bottle seeming to be an extreme that not too many went to, so the man fighting Aric must've been pissed off entirely about something. She rolled her eyes some at the apology part, why did everyone think something would be fixed with a simple three words? She never understood and still even she had been known to apologize randomly when she had done something very wrong, not much though and not to just anyone. They had to be special to get any sort of sympathy from Stephanie, those who weren't she'd just ignore and move on from. "I wouldn't either, the man obviously doesn't know how to control himself. You should come to a party sometime on campus, that is if you can play nice." She teased some, but she wouldn't mind inviting him to one of the many parties that were held at the university.
She nodded at his next question thinking about it herself. "I guess that's the way to put it, not dating. Probably never will date," She shrugged, in the end it didn't bother her too much. If both thought it'd be better to stay on the friendship road she was fine with that, plus if she'd been dating him he'd probably have a fit that she'd been hanging out with Aric the entire night since meeting him, and since Steph didn't want to cut their visit short she was glad she'd been single with no ties to anyone. It made things a hell of a lot simpler in the end. She listened as he started to talk about the sports injury and when he'd told her his worst she cringed at the thought. "That must have been downright awful." She said, nothing else coming to mind as she could only imagine the sight. "Ew, we need a subject change like soon."
The subject change is what she had gotten too when he brought up her driving standard. "I have three brothers, if I can't drive stick there is something wrong with me." Her mind instantly jumped from it's normal state straight into the gutter and she looked from him almost flushing but not quite. "Wait, did I just say that?" She said the sentence over in her head as she looked at him, a wide goofy grin spread across her lips. "You know what I mean, my damn dirty thoughts." She laughed trying to calm herself from that entirely bad slip-up she'd just had. Maybe his mind wasn't in the gutter though and he wouldn't get it, either way that was just sick as she thought about it. "Yes, I know the basics of driving a standard vehicle. I'm not too good at hill starts, I tend to roll down the hill some before it moves forward, but other than that i'm a pro at shifting on the highway." She tried to ramble on to get him to ignore her last little bit, and also she had tried hard to think before she spoke making sure not to say anything that could sound even remotely dirty. She nodded when she figured she had done a good job in keeping it clean. "Where's that nurse, or do we have to wait around here for another hour? I hope not, you can crash at the dorm tonight if you want." She offered him since the doctor said he should have someone around.

Aric laughed a bit at her next comment "I just don't like having to wear the same clothes all of the time...And since I do my constant fighting, I get free clothes from stores all of the time, or at least 50% discounts." He told her "Now as long as you wash it between the days you wear it, there is nothing wrong with it. But if you are like this one guy I knew, he had a shirt that he wore all the time. He would were it periodically throughout the week, but he didn't wash it until he thought it smelt bad, which was usually on the third day. So he would pretty much wash it once a week, but he would wear it three times. Pretty nasty if you ask me" Aric said with a slightly disgusted look on his face. "I'm lame? You would be the lame one, playing World of Warcraft at the mall" He joked "But I seriously have seen you around town quite a bit, just never said anything" He told her.
"Did I provoke it? Not really." He cleared his throat a bit and prepared for the story. I was invited to a party by a friend one night, and when I showed up, I found out I didn't know anyone there...Which was bad to start out. But my friend that had invited me, had actually left about a half hour after I got there, so I was kind of stranded...Turned out, I got to know some of the people, started talking to some girls, hanging around, just chillen. Suddenly, out of no where, while I'm talking to this girl outside, I hear this guy yelling. I turned around and saw this pretty tall, muscular guy storming out of the house. I saw him look at me and he picked up a bottle off of a table and broke it against a table and came after me. I dropped my beer and waited to see what was going on. Aric paused.
"He yelled out 'You bastard...You're trying to get my sister in bed'. I'm wondering, what the hell is this drunk ass guy talking about? He swung the bottle at me and I moved out of the way, then tackled him to the ground and started throwing a few punches at him. I felt my friends pull me off and he got up, trying to come after me again, but some other guys threw him out. Next thing I know, I'm getting another beer offered to me, a guy is cleaning up the broken glass, and everything is back to how it was." He concluded about that night. "Then, the following Monday, he came up to me and said something like 'Bro, my bad...My friend was saying this guy was trying to get with my sister, and his description sounded like you. It's actually this guy that wasn't even there...My bad.' and he walked away. It took all I had not to deck that guy right then and there"
After Aric finished his story he smiled to Steph "I'd love to party with you sometime...I think I can try to be nice" He said jokingly. Then she commented on the fractured skull subject and Aric smiled a bit.
Aric laughed out loud when Steph spoke about knowing how to drive a stick. His mind jumped right into the gutter as she mentioned it and Aric couldn't help himself, he had to laugh...It was funny. "Yup...You sure did, and it made me chuckle" He said in a Texan accent, trying to help ease the moment. He knew what it was like to slip up like that at times, he didn't want her to be embarrassed. "When you're waiting on a hill, just keep it in first and barely press the gas...That's how I was taught, instead of waiting in neutral." He tried to teach her. "We shouldn't need to wait...I think we can just go up front and the doc will take care of it for me. I wouldn't want to impose...Plus, I don't have any clothes or anything. I can stay in my car for the night...It wouldn't be the first time" He told her. He wouldn't mind sleeping at the dorms, especially since he knew he needed to be around someone for the night, but the bonus of being with Steph, that made him want to stay there a little more.

"You and I are going to have to go shopping together sometime then, take advantage of that discount." She teased looking at him as she still stayed leaning against the bed he had been on. "Seriously though definitely wash my clothes between wears," She said scrunching up her nose some and laughing as he told her the short story about a guy he'd once known. "I'm guessing he was a women repellant?" She asked chuckling at the thought that the man could have tried picking up women, but as soon as he got close to them and they could smell the shirt they probably bolted as fast as their feet could carry them. "I can't believe he could do that in high school," She started shaking her head at the girls she had known back in high school that wouldn't even look at you if you had worn those pants at least twice in the same month, let alone a shirt three times a week. Steph hadn't been like that, but she was the type that would at least expect him to soak it in the wash between wears. "You sure know some sick people," She teased some giving him a wink as he sat beside her.
Stephanie stayed silent as Aric told her about the party and what had happened to provoke the other to come at him with a broken beer bottle. The thought of the shards breaking through Aric's skin made her cringe as she listened, the sound of glass shattering once struck against a table coming to mind as she closed her eyes almost seeing the entire situation go down before her. He had painted quite the vivid picture in her mind, but when he spoke about the man coming up and apologizing her eyes got wide as her hand went to cover her mouth that had dropped open. "So wait, you weren't talking to his sister?" She asked thinking that must have been funnier than hell, or maybe he had been talking to the guys sister and just hadn't been the right guy. "That is hilarious, I would have hit him after he said that. To go completely crazy just because you fit the bill of a description someone gave him. Sometimes brothers can be so damn stupid," Steph said referring both to that man as well as her own brothers who have went after a few of the men that had tried putting a move on her. They toned it down not jumping straight for the broken bottles, but their fists did play a good hand or two depending on the man and situation he'd gotten their sister into. The thought had her smiling, but when he started to laugh she was brought back into the conversation. She just nodded when he said he'd like to party with her, Stephanie could surely have that arranged sometime in the near future.
"Of course you heard." She said rolling her eyes some laughing as he couldn't have just ignored her lame comment. "I'm glad I could do that for you, leave it to me to find the one man that actually listens to each and every word I say." She teased as she looked at him smiling a goofy sort of grin. "And listen to you trying to give me pointers. I'll have you know i'm more of a hands on girl," Again Stephanie's mind went right back into the gutter it had just climbed out of and she took a few steps back away from him shaking her head looking at the ground. It was the truth though, Stephanie was much better in class when the teacher wasn't off rambling something infront of her and there had been a project sitting right infront of her she could work on. She had a tendacy to just nod off and stop listening when something bored her, that had to be a big reason her grades had slipped and she needed tutors just to stay high enough to keep her scholarship. "We really need to get out of here before I say anything else stupid, alright?" She asked, smile still as bright as ever as she walked towards the door with his keys in hand. She stopped and turned around as she looked at him. "You need help or something?" She asked taking a step closer to him. She would help if she needed to, that had been one of the reasons she'd went with him tonight, and after the doctor said what he had she knew her night wouldn't just end when they reached the campus. She would stay with him and make sure he was alright, it was the least she could do.
She nodded when he mentioned just going up to the front, and she peaked out the door before returning her attention back to him just as he was talking about imposing. "What, stop it." She said laughing as she shook her head. "How can you impose if I said you could do it, sort of doesn't make sense. Guess that hit to the head is starting to get to you," She joked as she watched him before the two had left the room. "With all the girls that Cody brings into the suite I think it's alright if I bring in just one male." she said, half of that being true because her suitemate did have quite the many fans that insisted on following him right to his dorms door. It drove her up the wall to watch them as she'd been studying out in the common room, and she had even wanted to say something but she didn't want to complain. "Plus I am not sleeping out in a car, no matter how hot of a vehicle it is, and since you're pretty much stuck with me it's my suite or the lawn outside my window. Either way i'm in that bed tonight, got it?" She laughed as she linked her arm with his and started out of the room. "Come on, each second we waste in here is one less i'm behind the wheel. We have places to be mister," She made it sound like she was as impatient as the day was long, though she could be as patient as she needed to. Plus it wasn't so much about the car that she had wanted to leave because, more just the atmosphere of the hospital was starting to be too much for her.

Aric nodded. It wasn't a bad idea "If you don't mind wearing clothes that support MMA fighting...But they have some pretty nice clothing for women too." He paused for a moment "I also get a fifty percent discount at Hollister and American Eagle, but I rarely wear that stuff. Only for parties and dates and shit" He said with a brief smile. When she commented on his old buddy "Yeah, when we hung out, I would never go talk to girls...It was embarrassing, but I finally got him to listen to me about washing it after he wore it...Then it wasn't so bad" He joked. His friend was a great guy, but until Aric confronted him about his shirt, the guy never thought of it. "I do...But I try to help them out. I hate seeing people that are in the 'out crowd' never getting talked to. They are people, they just have some different views and ways of expressing themselves, like me and my fighting" He smiled.
Aric shrugged "I think I said hi to her at the party, but I never really sat down and talked to her...Apparently there was another guy at the party that could have been my twin. I think one of the guys just wanted to start some shit, so he told his buddy a lie to get some drama kicked up." Aric shook his head a bit at the thought of that night "That guy was seriously lucky I didn't beat the fuck out of him...Pardon my language" He said looking over at her, not knowing if it would offend her. "They just want to protect their siblings...Just show off. That's how my brother is anyways...Now as for your brothers...They sound a bit different" He smiled. "But they are only doing their job that nature assigned to them" He said in a fake scientific voice, joking around of course.
Aric smiled and gave a slight laugh. "Well, I figure if a beautiful girl is talking to me...I'd better be listening, especially if she took time out of her night to help a guy with a lazy eye" He joked. He was serious about the first part, but decided to throw a little joke into the mix. Aric's mind was almost pulled from the gutter when she threw in the next comment "Wooowww..." He said. That was interesting" He joked with her. When she mentioned leaving the hospital, he nodded and started to get out of the bed. He tried to open his eye, but it was still a bit too early. "Eh...You can be my eyes. I am working at only half capacity right now" He said. He stood up and walked forward in a zombie like manner. He put his arms out and placed them on Steph's shoulders and turned her around. "Lead the way captain" He called out like a pirate, joking around.
When she told him that he wasn't sleeping in his car, he nodded his head like a little kid and smiled a bit "Yes ma'am..." He looked a bit confused and looked at Steph "Places to be? With me looking like this? At least let my eye open before we go make an appearance anywhere. We may need to burn gas for a while. Only about twenty minutes. He joked. He had a feeling that Steph wanted to drive around a bit, which was fine with him. He didn't care as long as she didn't wreck his car. He had already been in the hospital tonight. {{Oh by the way...The whole fight at the party thing, that really did happen, but the guy actually caught my chin with the bottle and I had to get seven stitches...It sucked }}

Steph just laughed shaking her head as she looked at him. "I'm not going to use your discount, but the thought of cheaper clothing is appealing." She told him. "I don't really wear the name brand clothing, I think I wear the most aeropostale things before any of that other stuff, though most of my money goes to clothes at other discount shops." Steph didn't have a problem saying that she hadn't shopped fancy, she felt there were more important things in life than designer clothes. She loved second-hand stores, some of the clothes she found in there were just as good as the more expensive stuff, and to see the price tag pretty much let her know there wasn't a chance in hell she would pass up the offer. "I know, i'm not a normal girl." She told him and herself at the same time, that being true because all of her friends would go to the most expensive stores for their clothes, Stephanie just going along for the trip out of the dorm and the bags she carried out of the stores had never been her own. She just smiled as she listened to him talk of his friend and how he had helped him, and the next part made her even happier as he said he tried to help people. Stephanie could understand that since she hadn't been popular her whole life, not too many cliques want to hang out with the chick who acts like just another boy. Being a tomboy in a place like this had been hard for her, she managed though it had been tough before she embraced it. She walked to where she could stand right next to him, and leaned over kissing him on the forehead above the eye that hadn't been numbed. "Good answer," She whispered with a grin as she pulled away. She thought it was cool that someone could help the less fortunate, especially someone who was obviously as popular as he seemed to be.
Stephanie just listened as he answered her question about how he had talked to her but that had been about it. She believed he'd been right and someone had just wanted to start something. "Maybe with the brother fuming over you his friend had the chance to sneak in to get a shot at the girl?" She asked, curious that maybe that could be an option. Men would do some insane things just to get close to a girl they had thought had been hot, and sometimes that had meant having to lie to a friend to get him out of the picture for a little while. "You probably were just the perfect casualty." She said with a slight shrug, he had been handsome and well-built so of course the girls would try to get his attention, the man having an easier time getting his friend to believe that his sister had just been one of those girls. When she could hear his tone difference she burst out laughing, quietly of course since they were just in a small room, and shook her head at him bracing her hand against the bed as she leaned over. "They never really had to worry about me, not too many guys were interested in a girl like me back in the day." She told him flat out.
"It's not lazy, it's just tranquilized." She giggled some, something that Stephanie hadn't done too many times but each time he brought his eye up it had her looking at it, and the sight just never got old in her eyes. "It's taking a nap, that's all." She continued with her joke as she looked at him. "Just call it my good deed for the day, don't expect anything else out of me got it mister?" Stephanie laughed pointing a finger at him and shaking it to ensure that she was not kidding. She was a nice person though who always had to have a good time, and truth be told this was probably one of her better hospital visits. Most importantly it had been better because she wasn't the one on the bed, thank god. She didn't say anything when he started talking again, she would probably just say something else sick and twisted in her mind so she knew being quiet had it's advantage here. As he put his arms on Steph's soldier she had the sudden urge to say something, although it had been the dumbest thing she had said all night by far but she just couldn't hold it back. "All aboard the Davis train, choo choo" She immediately broke out into a fit of laughter, someone might have thought she might have taken something tonight from the amount of fun she'd been having even just being in a hospital. She had no idea what he had thought about that, but their stance reminded her of the little kids going around in a circle with their arms on each shoulder, and the thought alone had her in stitches almost, no pun intended of course.
"What?" She asked curiously, her hands being placed on his as she led him down the hall guiding him with her shoulders. "Public? I would not consider the dorms public, I mean yeah there are people around, but my suitemate is probably gone out for a show or something. He's in a band, don't ask me who though 'cause I can never remember." She shrugged some feeling his hands come up and back down with her slinking shoulders, the feeling being almost funny though she didn't want to laugh because she had just gotten over her last little fit. "I thought you'd just want to relax for the rest of the night, though if you're up for it i'm sure I can find us some raging party. Maybe my brothers will be there and come at you with a bottle." She teased feeling the need to lighten the last part of the conversation that had been serious about him at the party. Her brothers had all lived around town but none would do that to him even if they saw him and her close, her brothers would first ask and then do something if she had not wanted him around. "I'm all up for burning gas though, most definitely." She grinned, her finger through the keyring as the keys lay between her and his hand. She stopped at one of the desks on their way out and nudged him some. "Make sure you're all set, I don't want to be stealing you before you're properly discharged."
{{ that is INSANE! was it seriously for the same reason about the sister too? OH man, that must have hurt like hell, i've cut my finger on a glass before but have never had someone come at me with something, and having to get stitches for real....wowser, you go to some wild parties hehe }}

Aric wasn't much for those name brand clothes either. He would much rather wear clothes that didn't cost him fourty dollars a shirt, but with his discount, he could buy them for the same price that they would be in all of the other stores. "Well, like I said, I don't wear those very much. Fight brand clothing on the other hand...Those I wear all of the time" He said with a brief smile. He looked at Steph in a way that a designer would look at a model "Oh my god...You would look wonderful in some fight gear" He said in a playfully gay voice. He smiled and laughed out loud "Just kidding...But seriously, you should check out some of the clothing, I think you might like it" He told her. Aric watched as she moved closer to him and felt her lips touch his skin. He smiled lightly and watched her as she pulled back "Well, that was a nice surprise"
Aric shrugged a bit "That could have been the case, I honestly have no idea. I never spoke to that kid again. But I actually did end up talking to his sister later on. We met at the mall and she apologized for her brother's stupidity" He said with a slight laugh. That was a funny day. When your sister has more balls to stand up for something that was wrong, there was a mental problem with you. At least, that's what Aric thought. "Back in the day? So you must have guys tripping over your heels nowadays... With how pretty you are, and the personality you have...Perfect combo. You must have the boys lining up" He partially joked. The pretty and personality remarks were true, but he threw some obvious sarcasm in there too.
Aric burst out with a laugh when she mentioned that his eye was just asleep, that was pretty funny. And the way she said it made him laugh just that much more. "I never expected anything in the first place. Psh, your good deed is done, I'm still working on mine. We are still in the process of you getting into my car." He smiled. "My good deed is satisfying a girls need for speed in the best car ever" He said with a slight laugh. Aric looked a bit confused at first when he could tell that Steph was thinking of something. He had a feeling that he already knew what she was going to do, but it made it all the better when she actually called it out. Aric started laughing hysterically when he heard her say it and watched her as she had her laughing fit.
Aric followed Steph out of the room and felt her put her hands on his "Jeeze woman...Your hands are warm. I could use them as gloves for winter" He joked. He felt her soft skin against his hands. "He must not be home much on the weekends, with him being in the band and all" He commented. That was cool, Aric wished he could play an instrument, probably the guitar. He liked the sound of the acoustic guitar more than the electric, but they were both great. Aric laughed a bit at her joke "Yeah, we can do either. If you know of any legit parties, we can go, or if you just want to head back, that's fine too" He told her. Aric stopped right behind Steph, almost running into her "Train wreck!" He whispered in her ear. He then looked over to the nurse and she nodded. "Please...Steal him, keep him away from here. He needs a girl to keep him out of trouble" The nurse teased. "Thanks Patty, see ya later" He said, trying to blow off her last comment. {{Not about a guy's sister, it was his girlfriend, but it was pretty much the same thing. I couldn't see it, but the doc was able to lift up a flap of skin . It was intense}}

Stephanie of course figured that much, why wouldn't he wear clothing that supported what he had done for a living, and from the sound of things he could make quite a living if he brought in a good amount of money through bets during the night. Or at least others betting and sharing profit like he said some had. When he made his next remark though her eyes widened as she tried to hide laughter, though she had a very difficult time doing so and instead covered her mouth so he couldn't see the goofy grin on her face as she let out a few muffled chuckles. "Please, for the love of god, don't ever use that voice again." She teased, though he'd pulled the feminine tone off very well and if she would have just met him he might have passed as gay. Hell, most attractive men these days had been gay she'd come to realize, just her luck for being a woman in a gay mans world. "I'll keep that in mind, maybe I could blend in better at the next match I go to. Are those even called matches? I seriously have no idea about any of that stuff," She said, small quirky smile now. "I'm just full of nice surprises," She added with another soft chuckle.
When he had said something about meeting up with the sister later Stephanie couldn't help but smirk as he said that she'd apologized for her brothers behavior. "So, did you try to get into her pants just to piss him off? I would have," Stephanie was being honest, even having her be another female she would of course try to do something like that if she had been taken for such a ride. The fact that he had a man come at him with a broken bottle would be drive enough to do something like that, though from what she had learnt about him she didn't think he'd do such a thing. That being a good thing, the world didn't need anymore bad guys around. She laughed shaking her head as he made that next comment. "Tripping? Not exactly," She said shaking her head looking at him. "Maybe if they were I wouldn't have been single for the past three or four years." She commented, though she had no problem staying single. Ultimately she enjoyed single life better than that of a relationship. "I mean yeah there are a few I guess, I just don't really even think about it." She never really thought about men liking her, she could tell a few had small crushes that she did play off of sometimes when she was bored, but she never lead any on and never gave them hope of a relationship out of it. "Takes a special guy to catch my eye," That had been her last comment on that matter, men in general were too complicated and she just kept from them. Plus it got in the way of her goals in life, one not including a male for quite some time.
Stephanie could never manage to keep a straight face as she looked at him and listened to what his good deed had been. "Yes, yes you are still working on that one. So what, you just let random girls drive you around every weekend?" She asked curiously, he had a lot of faith in someone that hadn't shown him her driving skills yet. She would be careful in his car though and would be very nervous to go fast especially since she had never been in a car that had that much power, tonight was surely going to be an experience she would remember. Her next gesture must have struck a cord because as she couldn't control her laughter she could hear his hysterics behind her, at least he hadn't thought she was a complete loser. That had made her feel a lot better and she was happy that she had made that stupid comment, still as she thought about it she laughed randomly. This would be a joke that she would carry with her for quite some time, she had a whiteboard in her room that had been filled with stupid sayings and this one was definitely going to be written down as soon as she'd gotten the chance. "And here I thought going to watch two men pound each other for the night would be boring, boy was I wrong." She said wiping a tear from her eye as she'd been laughing too hard.
"Are they seriously?" She asked as she had found humor in that remark as well. She could never tell though so he could be right, though his line had sounded really corny and lame as she thought about it. Still it had that grin on her face from it so she didn't mind. "So are you telling me I should charge people to hold my hand during the winter?" She asked before stopping and looking back at him for a minute from over her shoulder. "Wait, that's not fair, i'd never make any money. We don't get a winter." She pouted some before turning around and starting to walk again. "Hardly at all actually, and I think you should avoid parties tonight. I'm not so sure the doctor would approve," She told him as she kept walking and stopped at the desk. When he almost crashed into her and whispered she just broke into a fit of giggles pushing his arm with her hands as she walked away towards the doors as he got whatever he needed to. She had to go outside so the people wouldn't think of her as insane, so she made it out the sliding doors and looked around letting her hand fall over her mouth pretending to cough through her laughter when a younger couple walked in. She just smiled some shaking her head at how stupid she must have sounded, though his comment had been hilarious after her joke earlier.
