Today was a very important day. Today was the love of Logan Ryder Xavier's life Madison Anabelle Lawrence's birthday. Most years, he really didn't do much for her. Maybe make her dinner or take her out to dinner and a movie, get her a small gift. But this year was more important. She was turning seventeen, she was going to be a senior soon, meaning she had one more year left of school, one more year left until she was eighteen. Things were about to get big for them, in a big way. While Logan knew that he wanted to marry Madi, he also know that she was so young yet and she wasn't even eighteen yet. She had a lot of life left to life, and he didn't want to be what held her back from that. But he was also selfish because he loved her so much.

Even though today was such a special day, Logan had made good effort of ignoring Madi the whole entire day. While he knew that this would upset her. He knew that what he had planed would blow her away, and that took preparation. He had told her that he couldn't spend the night with her the night before because he had band stuff and the guys would vouch for him none the less. But he really didn't have band stuff to do. He had been getting ready, went to bed early and woke up even earlier and made the drive to Disney world to get things set up. He booked a suit at a nice resort for the weekend, got them tickets to the park, set up dinner reservations someplace nice within Magic Kingdom. Finally after everything was done, he made his way back to the room. He knew that Madi wouldn't know to come to Disney on her own, so he enlisted the help of Caroline to help him out a little bit. She was always him out in a pinch.

Caroline showed up to Madi's house about mid afternoon, dressed for a day of fun at Disney world on Logan. She wouldn't turn down a free trip to Disney world no way. She knocked on the door. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRLY!" She said enthusiastically. "My gift to you is that you get to spend the whole day with me! and I'm taking you to Disney world." Well she wasn't really paying for her to go to Disney but Care couldn't really come right out and tell he that either. "I know it's your birthday, but you really have no say in the matter so, run upstairs and get dressed and hurry up the day's a wasting." She grinned at her and waited for her to get dressed, while she did she texted Logan to make sure there were tickets waiting for them at will call.

"This is going to be so much fun!" Caroline said as they drove to Disney world. She had the top to her convertible down, and the Florida sun shone down on them. The light was dancing off the bling of her the "engagement ring" that was sitting on her ring finger. She was wearing it for one because she had to, what would it look like if she saw someone she knew and she wasn't wearing it, and two because she was liking this joke more than she probably should. She was getting into it pretty deep, and the thought of possibly marrying Alex was kind of appealing the two of them had been getting closer and closer and spending almost all their time together as per their plan called for. She liked him but, she wasn't sure what was going on. When they got to Disney she went to the will call and got their tickets.

They spent the afternoon in the park, having fun and what not as Logan woke up from the small nap that he had taken. He showered, and dressed for the night. He finished setting up the room with rose fake rose petals on the bed and surrounding the little table in the room. He used fake rose petals not because he was cheap, no for Madi he would spend as much money as he had in his bank account to make her special day the best in her life. But he was being practical real rose petals made a mess and stained things. He didn't want to have to deal with that. He took a jarred candle out of his bag and lit it and set it on the table with a note card that he had written magic kingdom, the name of the restaurant and the time he wanted her to be there. He also made arrangements for a car to drive her from the resort to Magic Kingdom and then when she got to magic kingdom an escort to take her to the restaurant. He had everything planned out.

Before he left Logan laid a box with a dress that he had bought her on the bed with a big red bow and a card that read 'the adventure starts here, i love you. He knew that Madi wasn't the biggest fan of dressing up. But tonight called for it. After he was pleased with the room he made his way to the restaurant to set things up. Meanwhile Caroline was pulling up to the Resort. "Okay so I got us a room, cause Allie had to work so she's meeting us here and we're gonna have our own little girly party tonight since the boys are doing band stuff." This was a complete lie of course. "Stay with the car real quick, I'm gonna go get the key." Caroline went to get the key to the room that Logan had gotten him and Madi, and then came back out. "Okay you go ahead and take your stuff up to the room and I'm gonna part the car and I'll meet you up there okay?" She handed her the key and then drove off after she had gotten out of the car and went inside the hotel. She waited until she figured she got to the hotel room, she gave her plenty of time because she didn't want to ruin the surprise and texted her . 'I think you can obviously tell that I'm not coming back, and that i fibbed about the whole party thing. Have fun tonight!'

When it got close to the time that Madi was suppose to get to the restaurant the car that he had rented to pick her up arrived at the hotel, and the front desk called up to the room, 'Miss Lawrence your Car is here to take you to dinner' the lady at the front desk told her. Then when she got to magic Kingdom the people he hired would meet her at the gate and take her to the restaurant. There Logan waited all dressed up in his spiffy best, waiting for her to get there. But she wouldn't see him right when she got there. He was hiding to the side. What she would see would be a dozen red roses, the room dim, the table having two candles lit on it, and a ring box with a note card under it that read 'with this ring, i promise to love you and cherish you for the rest of my life. I promise that one day we will be married and have a family of our own, I promise to be faithful and true to you until the day that I die, and I promise that one day, in the near or distant future I will make you my wife.'. He stayed off to the side watching her walk in and pick up the card, and when she did he read the words of the card aloud.

Madi was sitting around the house sulking a bit on her birthday. It seemed that her boyfriend was pretending to forget, that or he really had forgotten, but he wouldn’t do that, would he? She sighed looking around at the presents she had, having to wait till her mother got home to open them, she had been at work of course and Madi had the day off school since it was the weekend. Her sisters had offered to take her out to lunch but she did not want to go. She had been in her pyjamas just sulking and basically feeling sorry for herself. This was not the birthday she had planned. Where was her surprise party? Or just anyone? By the time it went passed noon she had got herself into a misery state and had refused to do anything, just out of the fact that people had seemed to forget her. She WANTED all attention on her, so where was everyone? Ok her sisters had said they would take her to lunch, but her mother wasn’t around, and her dad...well she didn’t care about him anyway, she would rather spend her birthday completely alone than with him. The one person she wanted around was not though.

She had not moved from the couch and watching TV, nor had she gone to change out of her pyjamas. She heard a knock at the door and opened it happily, thinking it was Logan. Her face fell slightly when she saw Caroline. What? she asked but.... she sighed and went to change, just throwing something on that she wanted to wear and not really caring about it because she wasn’t in a particularly good mood. Sorry I can’t be more enthusiastic, I just thought you were...well Logan she shrugged and came downstairs with her hair tidied at least and dressed. Her hair had gone in a bit of a mess because she’d just been sitting around and sulking. I suppose I should get out, I mean Disneyworld is awesome so why not right? she smiled Yeah.... she kept thinking that to herself and telling herself that but when really she didn’t want anyone else but him around. She nodded when Caroline said it would be fun, not enthusiastic, but it was a nod all the same. When she finally drove up and parked in the car park, asking her to stay with the car. Then she handed her the key and was told to go ahead...she did think it was a little strange, and watched Caroline go off and then she got a text saying she wasn’t coming back...even more confused.

She went to the room and found a box, opened it and smiled when she saw the outfit. Why hadn’t she seen it coming? She smiled to herself changing out of her casual clothes and getting into the ones she had been set to wear, but not before she had a shower. She was deciding whether to straighten her hair, now that she had a shower, but she knew that he liked her curls, and he liked it straight too, but this time she went for curly since it was simpler. It was honestly the longest she had taken to get ready, not really being particularly girlie Madi never really spent that much time on herself, but she still managed to look good. When she was ready she turned the TV on for a few minutes, and not long after that she got a phone call to say her car was there. She quickly went downstairs and got in the car, wondering where she was actually going.

She walked into the restaurant, feeling a little confused, the room was dim lit and with roses, okay so she knew he had something to do with it, but it still made her confused. Hellooo? Logan? she called. She knew he had been behind all this now. She then went over to the table with the candles on it and picked up the box. Was this an engagement ring? She was way too young to get married. She was only just sixteen! Madi opened the box and picked up the note with it and smiled as she read it. Okay so it was cheesy but also really kinda cute. She didn’t mind cheesy. She was still confused where he was, she could hear him saying the words on the piece of card with the ring. She opened the box to see a promise ring, and with what he had said she kind of got that. She picked it up and looked at it, then looked around for her boyfriend. You can come out now you know she smiled.

Logan had never been so nervous in his life. He knew that a lot of things could go wrong today, but he was counting on them to go right. He never meant to make Madi upset and make her think that he had forgotten her birthday. But he had to do that in order to pull off this whole thing. He would make it up to her later he knew that for sure. But that wouldn't stop him from feeling bad about him now. He wanted so much to just text her and tell her happy birthday and that he loved her. But he fought off the urge. He couldn't that that and risk messing everything up, and he defiantly didn't want to do that.

He had been saving for tonight and for her present since her last birthday. It had been hard, he didn't get her all the things that he had wanted to for Christmas, and for valentine's day. But he knew that, that didn't matter much to her. He also wasn't able to do some of the things that he had wanted to do with her throughout the year since her last birthday. But again, she knew that she didn't care about that either. He knew that in the end after she saw the ring and his plan, she would be over the moon happily excited. Or at least he hope she would be. He liked to think that he knew his girlfriend well enough to know how she would react to things like this. They had been together for like ever, or at least that's how it felt.

While Logan was waiting for her to arrive at the restaurant for Madi to arrive he talked with the chef. Logan had watched a few television shows on the travel channel about Disney world to find out what people said the best place to eat was. Everyone said hands down restaurant, with the chef's table was the best place to eat in all of Disney world. So he made sure he had booked a reservation here a year in advance, just so he could get it. He wanted Madi to have the best of everything tonight. She absolutely deserved it, he loved her so very much. He would honestly do anything she ever wanted him to do, she didn't even have to ask him.

Logan smiled, watching her from the sidelines. He watched the confusion wash over her face as she opened the ring box. He smiled, he would have given anything to know what was going through her mind as she looked at the ring and then the card which he was reading aloud to her. He would ask her later that was for sure. He stepped out from the sidelines and wrapped his arms around her from behind. He brought his arm up and swept her hair over her one shoulder and kissed the crook of her neck."Happy birthday love." Logan said, smiling against the skin of her neck. "you look so incredibly beautiful tonight."

Madi felt someone behind her and grinned widely knowing it was Logan. She smiled even more when he kissed her. Thank you she smiled and turned to face him, placing both of her hands on his shoulders. You are amazing, you know that? she asked kissing his cheek You look great too she nodded. She couldn’t believe he had put in so much effort into everything, she felt so lucky to be his girlfriend. I don’t know what to say, all this is just so....wow she said you are amazing she said pulling him close and kissing him on the kips this time. I keep saying that, but it’s true she said I couldn’t understand why I hadn’t heard from you, then when I heard someone at the door I got excited, I thought it was you and it was Caroline she said. I should have known that it was you all this time, I should have known that you would never forget me she said seriously. Why would he? She knew that she meant so much to him, they spent so much time together and yet she never got bored. She loved him so much, and now he had done this for her, she knew that she would definitely have to return the favour, but she didn’t have much money only being sixteen.....well she was seventeen now but still. She would still do something amazing though, even if she didn’t have much money because he was worth it.

Wanna put the ring on? she asked him with a smile That would make more sense than putting it on myself right? she smiled. Madi had definitely found the guy she wanted to be with, forever....there was no doubt about that, she didn’t want to be with anyone else, and at her age maybe it was weird and abnormal, but she was younger than him, that would mean that he’d want to settle down sooner, which she didn’t have a problem with, at all, in fact even though she was young, she would accept if he proposed, but she knew he wouldn’t do it, not yet anyway, she knew he liked taking steps, but the next step would probably be marriage, wouldn’t it? Well at some point. She definitely wanted to be a young mom as well, she wanted her mother to be around to see her get married and have a child, to see her grandchildren so she wouldn’t just have to tell her kids everything about her, she wanted them to know her. That was her wish, for her mother to be around to see her grow, she was at that stage where, she wasn’t a little girl anymore, but she wasn’t quite a woman. She actually got what Britney Spears meant with that song of hers now, it sounded so lame but it was so true, she was in that particular stage right now and was still finding herself, it was weird to think that but she never really thought about it till now.

So, are we going to sit down? she asked with a grin You can tell me exactly how you planned this and kept it quiet she grinned taking his hand and kissing him again. I love you she smiled. So much....you are just.....you are SO amazing she said I know I repeat myself, but this is just the best birthday ever. I really didn’t think anything could top my sweet sixteen she grinned I should never doubt you would come up with something better though, you are just way too amazing she grinned Just wait till your birthday! she said tapping his nose And I’ll have to thank you later of course she said. Madi had not admitted to many people that she had actually slept with Logan, in fact no one knew. Because she appeared sweet and innocent a lot of the time, no one would have guessed straight off that she was not a virgin. The other fact was that she had only been sixteen at the time, and logan had been nineteen. The law was stupid about that though, she hadn’t been forced into anything and it had been legal for her to do it, she really did not see the problem with it at all. They went to sit down at the table, and she was given a menu. All the food looked so good and she had no idea what she was going to have.

"You don't have to thank me love," Logan said with a smile, putting a hand on her cheek as she turned around to look at him. He smiled down at her when she said that he was amazing. "I do try, but you make it so very easy to be this way." He said, before he cupped her chin with his hand that was on her cheek and kissed her ever so quickly. Being with Madison was easy, she made him want to do nice things for her, she made him want to be the best possible version of himself. "You don't have to say anything, your speechlessness is approval enough." He said with grin on his face, glad that she was impressed by his actions. He had been nervous that she might not like it, and he had put so much thought and effort into it, that if she hadn't liked it he would have been devastated. He kissed her back when she pulled him into a kiss, his lips smiling against her lips.

"I guess my plan worked after all then." He said with a smile. "I didn't want you to think I'd forgotten about your birthday. Cause god knows I would never be able to do that. Today is the best day in the world You wanna know why?" he only waited a couple seconds, not even giving her time enough to answer. "Because the day is the day that my soul mate was born, and the world turned just a little more sunnier when that happened." Logan knew the moment that the words escaped his lips that it had probably sounded a little cheesy, but he didn't care. He was one of those guys would say sappy cheesy stuff because it was true and he didn't care how it sounded. "But I'm glad you were surprised, and that you weren't so mad that you didn't come. I kept thinking you might be stubborn and not come with Caroline, and that everything might be ruined."

Logan chuckled a little bit when she asked him if he wanted to put the ring on, because that would make more sense than her putting it on herself. He couldn't agree more. He let go of her with one arm and reached over to the table and took the ring out of open ring box. He then let go of her with both arms and took her hand in one of his, and slid the ring onto her ring finger, and after kissed her hand. "You know one day I'm going to put an engagement ring on this had right?" He had been thinking for a long time about asking her to marry him. But there were things that he wanted to wait for. He wanted to wait until she graduated high school, or until that was coming closer. He didn't care if they got married right away or if they waited years before they got married. He just wanted to be engaged to her. But he wasn't sure what she wanted to do, he knew that her mom was sick, she had breast cancer, Logan knew that she probably wanted her mother to be alive to see her get married, so that would probably effect when they got married as well.

"Yeah let's sit down, the chef should be here soon to cook for us. They said the chefs table at this restaurant was the best place to eat in Disney. I never thought eating in the kitchen of a restaurant would be amazing but hey, we'll see right. Just know that if it isn't as amazing as people say it is I was lied to." he said with a little laugh and he was about to go and pull out a chair for her, but she had kissed him again before he could get away. He wouldn't complain. Logan absolutely loved kissing Madison, it was one of his favorite hobbies. He went around to pull out her chair for her, and when she sat down he pushed it in and went around to his chair and sat down. As soon as he sat down he grabbed her hand and held it in his own. "You don't need to do anything special for my birthday love, don't you know you're the best present I ever got? it's hard to top that."

"Darling, it's your birthday, you don't have to thank me at all. In fact, I was thinking of thanking you if you know what I mean and are in the mood later" Logan said with a sly little smirk on his face. The fact that he and Madi had slept together was one of the world's best kept secrets. Mainly for the fact that it would was illegal, the fact that she wasn't eighteen yet and he was over the age of eighteen. But even if it wasn't illegal Logan wasn't the type of person that bragged about that kind of thing. Sure he joked around with his friends and asked them about their sex lives, but when it came to his own, he didn't really talk about it. But don't mistake his eagerness for the fact that he was a manwhore and needed to have sex all the time because he wasn't. He was one of those guys who when he got it, he was happy and when he didn't he didn't really care. He didn't pressure Madison into doing anything she didn't want to do, he had waited until she was ready and even than she had been the first and the only girl that he ever slept with.

She smiled I am glad that you try she smiled and that I am worth it she grinned. I do still have to thank you though she smiled at him and kissed his cheek. I am glad it is easy for you as well, that makes me feel very special she said and smiled when he kissed her. She was so lucky to have someone like him, she didn’t know what she would do without him and she was complete. She didn’t need to be with anyone else, it was perfect in her opinion and she was so happy with how things were. She was glad when he said that she didn’t have to say anything, her speechlessness did kind of speak for itself which was good, he liked that she could just not speak and he knew how he was feeling, it was perfect. With Madi being younger, she knew a lot of girls who wouldn’t want to be in a relationship like she was now, they would say that they were too young and enjoyed being single, she knew that was a good point but she really would not change her relationship for anything. I’m so lucky to be with you.

Yes, your plan did work she smiled It worked really well she nodded. She had to admit that it had worked, but she couldn’t be mad at him because it wasn’t what she was like, she couldn’t hold a grudge easily, and she never had been able to, she had come to that when her mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, now she believed life was too short to hold a grudge, she didn’t want to go through life holding grudges and never make up, and have that person die when they were older, it was just silly. She couldn’t help but laugh at how cheesy he was with what he said after and shook her head You are so cheesy she said and kissed him But you are also really cute so it makes it okay I guess she smiled at him. I don’t hold it against you at all, because how could I? You are way too amazing, I keep saying that but I don’t even care anymore because it is really true, you really don’t know how amazing you are though, so I guess I need to keep telling you over and over she nodded.

Awww she smiled at him I am glad I came too hun she nodded I never expected a thing, Caroline played it well I guess she smiled with a nod. I wasn’t mad... she said Okay maybe I was she laughed But I didn’t seem to have a choice on whether I was going to go or not. If I had KNOWN it was all you planning it I would have gone, no questions but I was a little reluctant she admitted Just because Caroline was not the person I wanted to spend my birthday with she said No offense to her or anything, but it’s not like we’re best friends anyway, I only know her because you know Alex and Allie is his sister so you know... she shrugged. Deep down I knew that you wouldn’t have forgotten my birthday, I just hadn’t heard from you, but I figured you were going to ask me for dinner, I just wanted to hear from you like, first thing....you know? she said. But....it’s all worked out bow because this is perfect and I couldn’t have asked for anything better could I? she smiled It’s just so awesome, no wonder my sisters didn’t make a fuss when I said I didn’t want to go to lunch with them she laughed. They must have been in on it somehow as well, because she knew they would have been more persuasive and they weren’t being as persuasive.

She grinned when he said that he would put an engagement ring on her hand one day and nodded I do she said But you know I don’t expect it right away right? she said I am happy waiting, and just being with you, I mean I have just turned seventeen. I don’t need a marriage proposal....the one thing that makes me want to be married young is so my mom can see me. I don’t know if the cancer will come back or, if something else will happen. I just don’t know and I don’t want to be without her on my wedding day she said honestly. I would never force you into rushing it, but that is my reason, obviously not my only reason, that I want to get married at the age I am now. I mean it’s legal if I get parental permission. I know my mom wants to see me too she nodded. It made sense to her, and she didn’t want to listen to what other people said, she wanted her mother to be there and knowing she could get ill again at any point in the future made her scared, it terrified her and at least she knew she had people to get her through it.

I can take your word for it she nodded at him I know youi wouldn’t lie to me she smiled at him and let him pull out the chair so she could sit down and then he pushed it back in. He was such a gentleman, so perfect, she said it over and over but she knew she was so lucky and just wanted to remind him. No other girl in her class had a boyfriend in a band who would take them to Disneyland. No other girl in her year had a boyfriend who would go to the extremes he did sometimes. It was intense but it didn’t make her scared, or freaked out. She just liked it, and even though her mother and fathers relationship hadn’t worked out, she had a really good idea that hers would. She wanted to make sure of that and she knew it would work out for the best. She had already picked out her baby names, but she thought that might change when she was actually pregnant, though she didn’t plan on having that happen in a while. She was definitely too young to be pregnant and taking care of a baby, she was sensible enough to realise that she was not quite an adult herself, she was still somewhat a child and she wouldn’t be able to handle it. Well actually that is what I meant she laughed and tilted her head to the side. did you not get that? she laughed. But yes she nodded at him.

"Oh god love of course your worth it." Logan said with the biggest smile on his face, as he leaned down and kissed her cheek. It was no secret to anyone, whether they liked him or not that Madi was his whole entire world. He knew that it was dangerous invest so much emotion into someone, and especially when they were so young, but Logan knew that Madison Lawrence was the one for him, no matter how anyone else felt about that. " Don’t you know you’re the most special girl in this whole entire universe?" He asked her, tilting his head to the side. It didn’t matter if she thought she was or not, because she was in his eyes. "We’re so lucky to have each other. " He said with a smile, "Most people search a whole lifetime for what we have, Lucky us, we get to enjoy this for the rest of our lives."

"I know I am, but it’s part of what makes me so adorable don’t ya think?" He said with a big grin on his face. He grinned even bigger when she called him cute. Most guys didn’t even want to hear the word cute because they thought it was emasculating but he didn’t mind. He was pretty comfortable with him manliness that the word didn’t bother him at all. "Well thank you for thinking that I’m amazing," Logan said, bringing his hand up and caressing her cheek. "I try hard to be, because your amazing and you deserve to be with someone who’s just as amazing as you without outshining how amazing you truly are." He said with a smile before he rubbed noses with her.

"Yeah she’s a good actress I guess."Logan said with a laugh, shaking his head. He smiled knowing exactly what Madi was meaning. "I figured you’d be a little mad honestly, but I knew the minute you figured out what was going on you’d get over it right quick and be amazingly happy about what I had managed to pull off." He nodded, feeling proud and accomplished that he had managed to keep this a secret. Normally he had to tell Madi everything just because things like this he was so happy to tell her about that he couldn’t contain himself. So it was honestly a miracle that he had been able to keep this from her for a year. "Oh they asked you to lunch?" He asked sounding genuinely surprised. "Didn’t really tell them about it. But I did talk to you mum about it. So maybe she told them."

"Yeah I know you don’t expect it right away." Logan said, resting her forehead against hers. He listened to her as she spoke, telling him things that he had already thought about himself. He liked that they were pretty much usually on the same page about things. "I know love." He said kissing her softly. "I feel the same way, our wedding day just wouldn’t be the same without your mum there. It would feel wrong, and It definitely needs to feel amazingly right when we finally do tie the knot." He said with a smile already envisioning the day in his mind. "Your not rushing me or anything babe, and I know that you wouldn’t either. We’re on the same page about the wedding, and that’s an amazing thing."
