I'm already bored. What a stupid party; coolers of beer, one weeny little stereo, and a bunch of freaking college kids wandering around. I miss Miami. I miss Vegas; beautiful, beautiful, tacky neon Vegas. Parties in Vegas are held in casinos, in high-end hotels, in mansions, and in fucking strip clubs. The strip club parties are the best; drugs, strong alcohol, and sex. I haven't been laid in a week. That's unnatural, and I'm getting frisky. I wander through the crowds, a (cringe!) beer in my hand, and a tiny bit of cocaine in my jacket pocket. If these people don't know how to party, I guess I'll have to show them. And that's when I spot my little ray of southern sunshine. Whitney looks even hotter now than she did on our first meeting; she also wearing infinitely less, and I keep my distance for a few minutes, admiring her finely toned legs once again. Damn it all, I want legs like that!
Some dude walks past me and I wolf whistle at him, giving him a wicked little smirk as he walks past. I like doing that to random strangers; people are so amusing when total strangers get sexual with them. I turn away from him and make my way over to the foxy brunette that I like to call Whitney; I make sure to come up from behind, and when I'm only a few inches away, I grab her rear. I pull away before she can turn around and slap me, because I get the feeling Whit's the type who doesn't put up with dudes copping feels. Or chicks. I mean, I don't think she'd slap me, because I'm sure she knows I'm only being cheeky, not fresh; well, I hope she knows. "I'm bored," I say, pouting slightly; "Why is this called a party? There's no strippers!" I say this indignantly, although I'm only kidding about that last part. "And no drugs. Hey! How's about you and me be the strippers! We'll invite her too." I point to another girl a little ways away. The grin on my face is as wide as it can get, which is pretty freaking wide, because again, I'm teasing, but I'm hoping for her to carry the joke on.
I put my hands in the pockets of my very, very electric blue jacket. Oh bite me, I dyed my hair green, okay? Not for St. Patty's day, though; I hate these wanna-be holidays, I think they're stupid. And I'm suffering from a minor case of withdrawal, and that tends to get me a bit bitchy. I'm tired, I'm bored, I'm horny, and I'm not happy. I grin at Whit and wiggle my hips exaggeratedly. "Wanna dance? Or try to spot the UFOs in the night sky? They're always there you know, so we're bound to find at least one. Or perhaps we should make sure none of the jackrabbits are green." I laugh sort of hysterically at that, although I don't know why. I feel a bit fidgety.

She smiled up at him, happy that no fight would start. So, his name was Spencer, a very nice name indeed. She stood up straight and smiled at him, blue eyes looking over the man. He was very cute, she had to say, but she felt herself grow warm in her cheeks and just tried to hide it again. She looked at him, checked herself over. She unlike the other girls around here, wore a normal pair of tight blue jeans and a black tank top and a pair of black boots on her feet. Most would call her a cowgirl, but she was just from a family of Bounty Hunters who went between Colorado and Hawaii, of course, now it was also California. She mostly stayed in Hawaii, but now it was this place. She looked back at Lucas, giving him a friendly smile and then looked back at Spencer.
"No, just met him, rather nice guy actually, but I am Autumn Sky Chapman, and I am new here too, just moved here with my father," She said, a smile appearing on her face as she moved her blond hair from her face, which was curled a little at the tips and wavy down her back. She looked at Spencer, checked her drink, which she had forgotten was empty, but she could wait to get another one later, she was not a big drinker anyway, besides, she had to remember the night, since she had to remember who she had seen and stuff so she could find them in case they jumped bond on her. No one really knew why she was here, but she was enjoying the fun too, so she did not mind this work. Her father was on the other side of town at home, making some phone calls. "And by what definition do you consider nice to be under?" He asked teasingly as he looked over at the man one more time who seemed distracted. Just from appearances Spencer would not consider that man nice at all, but maybe his looks were deceiving and he was just another gentleman around Point Pleasant. Spencer just knew that he had been classified as a nice guy and he looked nothing like Lucas, but that was a good thing Spencer thought before bringing his attention back to the girl infront of him. "So is that you're thing?" He asked curiously cocking a brow as he looked her over with a small smirk playing on his face. "Float around meeting nice guy after nice guy?" He had been joking and hoped that he didn't sound rude as the comment came across to her. "I'm glad I was on your list tonight, lord knows you'll probably be the only person who wants to talk to me tonight from the looks of things." Most of the girls around had been wrapped around some male, or running around with their girlfriends, and nobody seemed interested in striking up some random conversation with the new kid.
"Well it's nice to meet you, Autumn." He asked looking over her and noticing the boots. Most of the other girls here were wearing sandals or heels, which he couldn't see why the heels since they could barely walk in the sand, but he was figuring they wanted to look as hot as possible but were making poor judgement by trying so hard. "What brought you two here?" He asked curiously when she had told him she moved with her father. She looked different from the other girls around there, beautiful and still somewhat rough around the edges, so he found that to be a breathe of fresh air. "It's got to be something big to bring you away from the gorgeous islands of Hawaii." He said that last part hoping he had been right since he just figured since her accent that is where she'd been from, but he's been wrong in the past and today could be no different. He just hoped he didn't make a fool of himself. [/blockquote]

He just hoped he didn't make a fool of himself. [/blockquote]
She laughed as he asked about her definition of nice. She looked over at at Lucas and shrugged before looking back at Spencer. She did not know what her thing was, she had stayed pretty much out of relationships in Hawaii after her incident with the guy she had been setting up. The memory made her rub her arm where a scar could barely be seen in the shadows. She looked at him and gave a smile. She scratched the back of her neck, where the head of her dragon tattoo was sitting on her back. She had a very strange taste in things, but her tattoo was her strangest and until Spencer saw her back, he would probably treat her normal. On her back, was a maroon dragon, it's wings spread over her shoulder blades and the rest going down her back, where the tail ended at her lower back. The head ended at the base of her neck where it's mouth was open showing teeth. She was a different girl, but she had gotten that tattoo as a warning to men, that she was not one to be messed with. She was the daughter of a Bounty Hunter and she told most everyone she knew.
"My father and myself do come from Hawaii, but my Grandfather owns a Bail Bonds Business and he wanted to bring in to Californa... They have one in Colorado, Hawaii, and now here. My father is the Bail Agent and Bounty Hunter, I am just a Hunter," She explained her reasons and turned her body to look as a girl almost collided into her. Her back was facing Spencer now, the dragon head glittered in the fire light as her tan skin did the same. She Her blond hair hid some of the dragon's head, but as she turned her head to follow the girl, the full head was shown. The scar was also more easy to see, but after a few years of holding the scar, it had blended into her skin, where the only way to see it was in good light. She looked at the girl, perfectly drunk in her own way, trying to gain balance. Autumn helped her up and looked at her, trying to find someone to take her, but as she was about to speak a guy came up and looked at Autumn, thanking her for helping his girl and picking her up and walking back to the fire where he set her down. "These party are crazy... Hawaiian's have parties with a little more cool and people have fun without getting wasted. They drink some and then only one or two get like her, but not ten or fifteen people," This disgusted Autumn to the utmost and she wanted to through them all in jail.

Lucas had watched the girl bump into the man and after the two had started to talk he figured his fun with that girl had came to an end. If he had seen her alone later in the night he'd go back for a second shot at striking up something with her, but for now he'd let the other boy have his fun. He didn't see the point in standing around talking to two people he hadn't known, well a male anyway knowing damn well if there were two strange women around he'd talk them up hoping for some three-some to end the night with. Now that would be the perfect ending for a party. Looking around at all the women though he had a feeling that perfect ending was nothing more than a dream, so with a quick flick of his wrist he gave the girl a small good-bye salute before walking away into the crowd.
He had been busy watching a group of girls swimming when he heard someone call 'Hey Z'. He had remembered someone named Z that he had met the other night, so of course he too started to look around to make sure he wasn't running into that asshole right off the bat. Those two that night annoyed the hell out of him as they pretty much stated the obvious that he wouldn't have been able to do a good job with just that cheap ass knife. When he turned though to see the girl that had came to him he couldn't help but grin, right at this moment tonight was getting a lot better for Lucas.
"I'll be whoever you want me to be." He said with a smirk looking at her toned body in that bikini. Damn, Point Pleasant just seemed to breed gorgeous people and most of the time Lucas had no idea what to do with himself around them. "Tiara," He spoke her name again as he looked her over once more licking his lips with satisfaction and for the fact that they seemed to be getting dry. "Can I get you a drink?" He asked curiously nodding towards the many coolers lying around. "Lucas North," He decided that it'd be alright to tell her his name since he'd probably never see her again after tonight.
{ooc, i'm guessing you were talking to lucas in this post? If not I replied anyway 'cause i'm cool like that! }

( EVERY TIME I‘VE HELD A ROSE ) it seems i only felt the thorns . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . | and so it goes | | and so it goes | | and so will you | | soon i suppose | Whitney took a good long swig from the transparent bottle she was currently holding and it remained upturned for a good amount of time before she lowered it again. She’d just started appreciating the music in her new state of intoxication and found she was getting a little bounce in her step. For all her boozing experience, she hasn’t been to a beach party since Spring Break her senior year. There’s no way she’s going to waste the experience. She’ll have a good time, all right, she just hopes she won’t make too big a scene in the process. Her reaction to having her bum grabbed is one of surprise, obviously, and irritation. Strangers were not permitted to take liberties, only her closest friends could treat her like a hussy and get away with it. She spun around prepared to chastise and further intimidate the offender. Jared’s face, however, was a pleasant surprise and she immediately felt grateful that he had found her. She shot him a playful look and tried to seem put out, but a teasing smile crept into her expression. She couldn’t hide the fact that was delighted to see him. “Then, prepare to meet tonight‘s entertainment.” She says, trying to sound as though she would consider his stripping idea. Then she poses, hooking her thumb in her shorts and pulling them down a little for his benefit, raising the bottle to the side of her face as someone might do advertise the product in a commercial. Her expression is one that appears scandalized, completely contradictory to how she actually feels, pouting her pretty bow-shaped lips and intensifying the expression in her eyes. She can’t help but laugh at her own immaturity, falling out of her stance almost immediately. “Well, maybe I’m not stripper material.” She admits. “But I wouldn’t be so sure about the lack of drugs.” She gives him a wink and return his smile with one of her own. She takes notice of his green hair, thinking how incredibly festive he looks. At the mention of dancing, she hears a fairly decent song come on. Searching for UFO isn’t necessarily her idea of a good time so she subconsciously seeks to distract him. She makes an about face before pressing her butt suggestively against his crotch. At this point in the night, she feels absolutely no shame. In any case, she feels comfortable around Jared, so she wouldn‘t have necessarily cared sober. She bends at the waist as though to touch her toes, showing off her flexibility, before making a ripple out of her body and returning to the top. Her mouth is immediately at the end of her body as she tips it up and extracts some more burning liquid. She turns to face him again, trying to look as seductive as possible. Eventually she realizes that it‘s either futile or completely cruel to try and tempt a gay man and she re-evaluates her behavior. “Dancing with me is dangerous.” She admits. “Better find something less provocative to do. Wouldn’t want to scare the natives.” She says with another laugh, pressing a hand to her sternum as though she’s said something dreadfully clever. “Perhaps we could do a little scouting!” She exclaims excitedly. “Approach some of the hotties, try and make someone nervous.” That was always a fun game. Being well-behaved was so overrated. She might actually enjoy making someone feel a little uncomfortable and if the person of her choosing could actually put up with her antics and have a good laugh, it was a pat on the back for him/her. Not many could do that. -- TAG -- Jared -- WEARING -- DESCRIBED -- STATUS -- DONE -- WORD COUNT -- 604 -- MUSIC -- CHEERS DARLIN’ - DAMIEN RICE -- NOTES -- Nice save! I was afraid Whitney wasn‘t going to get to have any fun

Catching a few people come over and head into the water, Raleigh offered a small smile and nodded as they looked at her, then proceeded to get naked...something she definitely wasn't about to stick around and watch. Though with them being very drunk she knew it would most likely be quite amusing. Swimming required quite a bit of coordination that was hard to muster when intoxicated.
She walked away and back to the crowd, stopping only a minute to take off her shoes that were filling with sand. She carried them and soon was back amongst the "mob". It wasn't long before some college guy came over to her. It didn't take long for her to smell the booze on his breath.
"Hey gorgeous, care to dance?" he asked, motioning with his cup to where people were grinding to some hip hop beat that was playing in the background.
"Not if hell was freezing over." She replied back, bluntly, only for him to move closer and wrap his arms around her, feeling her ass as he did such. "C'mon baby..it's a party..." he coxed, starting to rub against her.
She wasn't having it. Never one to be the damsel in distress, she went like she was getting into it then, stole his cup and dumped it on his head. "Have a good night..." she added before taking off. Maybe I should just head home..

"Isn't that a dangerous job?" He asked when she had told him she'd been a bounty hunter. He had heard of what they did, hunting the men that escaped prison or had disobeyed their orders upon release, and looking at her she just didn't seem the type to want to be in that business. She seemed almost humble from what he had noticed of her, and that is when she had turned her back to him to watch the girl. The dragon came into clear shot as he couldn't help but stare at the tattoo on her back, and when she had turned her head the dragons face was visible making the picture all that more vivid. He couldn't help but stare at the strong warning labeled on her, but still he couldn't see so much harm in this girl from the cute appearance tonight. When she turned back to him he couldn't help but remark on the art she had on her. "That's quite the symbol on your back, got any meaning or you just like dragons?" He asked curiously. Normally tattooes had meanings behind them, but there were those few that just saw a cute picture and wanted it imprinted on their body for the rest of time. Spencer couldn't imagine doing something like that unless if it was something he truly wanted to see for his entire life, and hadn't found the perfect image yet so kept his body tattoo (and piercings for that matter) free.
When he had thought about the parties back in LA he couldn't help but grin. He would usually get invited to all of the dancing socials so that had at least meant that he could get a taste of what the locals offered on the dancefloor, and of course he'd be out there right in the middle of it all too doing what he did best. When she spoke of the parties back in Hawaii he couldn't help but nod as he looked around. "I guess the people here didn't get the memo that you can have a good time without being drunk off your ass." He didn't see the point in getting drunk, normally when he hung out in public he'd want to remember what he had done the next morning, and knew that getting drunk would only help those nights memories vanish before his eyes. "Are the parties over there really like in the movies where everyone is dancing around and just enjoying themselves in grass skirts?" He asked giving her a slight grin as he looked over her body once more still trying to get the picture of her being a hunter into his mind, but it just wouldn't get there with the way she looked, but at least it did explain the boots. She shrugged on the thought of the job being dangerous, but then she heard the remark on her back and she turned her head as if to look at it and then looked back at him. She shrugged, the memory of why she got the tattoo was so vivid. She loved it, yes, in fact, it was something that kept the people in Hawaii who were trouble away from her. Most the gangs had the same sign for justice on their walls, well not all, but most Dragon's meant justice. She looked at him and gave a smile as she looked around the party and then back at him again. "Back in Hawaii, my first Hunt did not go so well. I was to go up to a house, knock on the door, and ask help for finding my dog. My father Leland was hiding in the bushes only ten feet to my left and as I knocked the door open and I was pulled inside. They knew who I was, so they made me remember my first hunt, taking a knife and cutting my arm from shoulder to three inches below my elbow," She knew she was going around the world to tell about her tattoo, but she knew it would get the point to him. "I took the tattoo after that as a symbol of revenge and Justice, so now here I am with the red dragon on my back," She let her voice die away as she watched the fire. She looked over at Spencer and gave a smile. Most guys would say bye to her on that note and leave, never to talk to her again, but she was fine with that. She had a life other then this, other then watching fire burn. She had a job she was better at then most people.

When she started to speak Spencer kept his attention on her letting her know that he was hanging on her every word, and when she talked about them cutting her he couldn't help but cringe at how much that must have hurt. Here Spencer was crying practically when he cut himself with a kitchen knife while slicing potatoes, and here Autumn was going out and getting a tattoo after something like that. After she talked he had to look at her arm to see the scar, his curiosity had been spiked so of course he wanted to see it, but it was so faint in the moonlight that he had a hard time finding it.
"Red meaning blood?" He asked almost dumbfounded when she had finally gave the conclusion of her dragon tattoo. "Did you catch the bastards?" He asked since she'd used the word 'they' meaning more than one. She seemed to be tough and he thought that she could have gotten them, or since her dad had been so close he probably busted in to save the wrecked day. He couldn't imagine seeing the scene of her cut that far, the amount of blood must have been immense, but if her father had been a bounty hunter as well he had to be strong, and of course the man would do anything to protect his daughter like any father would do. "What happened to them?" He asked softly still trying to look for the scar, and managing to make a small faint discoloration on her arm placing that to be part of the line. [/blockquote]

"Basically, Red for Blood, Red for revenge, but also red for strength in my opinion," She said to him as she looked at the fire. She then looked back at gave a laugh as he asked if they had gotten the guys. She looked at him, a small smile on her face before she nodded. "My father busted into the house with my Grandfather, Uncle Duane, Uncle Tim, and Aunt Lyssa. They cuffed everyone in the house and took the guy we were after to the car. I had to be rushed to the hospital by my father and the others in the house were sent to jail. They tried to use us to bond them out, but we denied and then the other bondsmen heard, they denied too." She told him what had happened and then through her bottle to a trash can, hitting it, but came close to missing. Sorry for the shortness... Writer's Block

He had no idea what to say as he stood there staring at the scar, and as she lifted her arm to throw the bottle away he could see it better since there had been more light on it. "That is one intense story." He said unable to muster any other words up as he gave her a soft smile. "I'm glad you're okay now though." He said giving her a nod as that smile crept larger on his face. "So let me guess, you're a basketball player in your downtime?" He asked curiously watching the shot. That is when he looked down at his bottle and noticed he hadn't been drinking it that fast, and he probably looked lame holding it without ever bringing it to his lips, so he pushed it up against them fast to take a quick chug. Still even though it'd been a twisted tea it had this funky taste that he could never get used to, so he made a quick face before bringing it back to normal looking over at her.
"You want to walk around or something?" He asked looking around getting anxious and wanting to move. He started through the crowd looking to make sure she'd been coming along, and watched as groups scattered and danced around them. "You a good dancer?" He asked casually looking over at her as he kept walking to keep from standing still for too long. [/blockquote]

She shook her head as he said basketball. People had told her she needed to try out, but her hobby was something much more wet. Surf! She loved to go out on the water, feeling the energy the water moved with and the breeze that the ocean offered. Here in California, it was different for one reason, the air was not as clear, the water not nearly as warm, and the sand not nearly as white. She looked over at him and then smiled as he moved to the crowd, she followed. She had yet to tell him she was not a backetball player, but then he asked about dancing. "I have had people dance with me, but I never thought I was any good, and not basketball... Surfing is my thing," She said with a smile as she looked around at the people dancing and having a good time, something the people in Hawaii did their own way.

Tiara smiled back at the boy for a moment. It wasn't everyday, she just approached some random boy, hoping to start up a conversation, and knowing that Zabien probably had a million other girls under his belt. Well she felt kind of uncomfortable approaching him in public. But she glanced, finally noticing that it wasn't Zabien the boy looked just like him. Almost like a twin. She stared at him for a moment. Trying to think of weither this was his twin or not. She'd gone through his wallet from time to time, and saw the pictures. But she shook her head. "Nah, I don't think you could be Zabien. But you look just like him." she said with a laugh.
"Um sure, That would be cool." she said with a nod. There was no way, she was going to get completely obliterated to the point, she couldn't stand up. Nothing good came out of that last time. "So Lucas. That's a really cool name." she said glancing back at him. It seemed only a couple of the kids in her family were out of the ordinary with random letters. Everyone else was all L's in her family. So this was very interesting. "Why are you here all by yourself?" she asked looking the boy over for a moment. Her eyes made their rounds of those partying there. Why would one come to a party by themselves. She was here alone. In a bikini none the less, but they were on a beach so what more could she ask for.

"A bounty hunter who likes to surf on her downtime?" This girl was getting more unique by the minute the more he knew about her. Sure surfing wasn't all that unique in a place like Florida, but the fact that she had been in such profession and a surfer made her that much more appealing. "I'm guessing you like to swim with sharks too?" He asked trying to crack a joke but probably failing miserably. He was normally a funny guy but this girl had somewhat intimidated him since he couldn't understand her like he could the usual girls back in California. Back at home the girls were all the same, some would surf but most would just lay on the beach trying to attract men, and yet here this girl was dawning boots and scars from past hunting experiences. This was surely one tough chick that he was glad he'd met tonight.
"You can't be that bad at dancing though. Hawaiians normally are good at moving their hips, and when dancing close that is the area of the body that gets the most action." He said looking down at her hips as he spoke, not checking her out at all but just trying to catch a glimpse of them for whatever reason. "Okay, so i'm sounding really lame right now so i'm just going to shut up and take another drink." He said grinning before taking another swig of his drink letting the alcohol fill his mouth with that somewhat sweet and salty taste. [/blockquote]

She laughed a little as his joke and looked down a little herself. She was not originally from Hawaii, that was the thing. He he not noticed her long blond hair and blue eyes. She had never met a Hawaiian like that. No her mother and father were from Colorado and just before she was 7 years old, her mother had passed. She let out a sigh and then walked over to him. "I doubt it... I have only lived in Hawaii, not born there and both my mom and dad were from Colorado," She said to him as she let some movement come from her body a little, but she laughed and looked at him. "See I am no good at it," She said to him with a laugh.
