Caroline and Tanner

Caroline and Matt are best friends, and roommates. As you said he's hung up on her and she has no idea about it. Though it probably doesn't help that she unintentionally shamelessly flirts with him. As in this moment she has no feelings for him, because she tells herself she doesn't believe in love, and the last time she allowed herself to feel feelings for someone (Doug) she got hurt, though no one knows anything about that. When he eventually tells her how he feels, she will develop feelings for him which will cause a weird twisted love triangle between the roommates. And the rest is kind of unmapped territory... You wanna add anything?

Lily and Tanner

Lily is Allison's ex boyfriend's sister. Her and Allison are pretty close, and she tends to hang out with the friends quite a bit so they probably met through that. I think Lily would totally think that Tanner was cute, and him being a sweet guy wouldn't help matters at all. She would probably develop a school girl crush on him, but never say anything or act upon it since he's older than her, unless he showed interest. But since he's hung up on Caroline, I don't know if he would or not.

Tanner would be more than accepting of Lily and even keep his mouth shut about his opinions on her brother while she's around. He would probably flirt with her from time to time, but with his focus on Caroline he wouldn't dare show true interest in any other girl. Plus with the age difference he would see it as a bit inappropriate on his part if he were to show interest.

SAM AND TANNER

These two will have hung out A LOT with Tanner being one of Allie's besties and Sam being one of Alex's. I don't know whether they would get along. Tanner probably would think Sam is a bit of a dick and for that reason Sam would probably make him the attention of his jokes and pranks whenever they are around each other.

Alex would probably get on well with Tanner. I could see them as the type of buddies to go out four wheeling and whatnot, just being guys. If he knows both Sam and Allie through Caroline, I'm sure they'd get along. Add/Delete/Modify

You know what, after reading about Tanner, I think Mika would have a little 'crush' on him. It wouldn't go anywhere, but I think she wouldn't mind him flirting with her or, if he allows it, practically clinging to him whenever he is around. He just seems like a guy she could truly be friends with and would probably share everything with him. She will also happily listen to anything he is going through! And, if he needs it, she would happily try and help him get with Caroline if he decides to tell Mika about all of that. Though, not quite sure how they would meet, maybe a random bar or through someone? Maybe even at the hospital? Those are my main thoughts, got any of your own to add?

TANNER&SAM

I can definitely see these two butting heads because they're definitely opposites. Tanner wouldn't like Sam at all, but would keep his mouth shut and tolerate him if it came down to it. He would probably get defensive after being the target of too many of Sam's jokes. I can see these two fighting from time to time.

TANNER&MIKAELA

Tanner would probably flirt with her because he's a HUGE flirt, haha. Even if it wouldn't go anywhere he just has fun with it. He would definitely be the guy that would be there for Mikaela if she were to ever need it. He hasn't told anyone about his feelings for Caroline, but if he becomes comfortable enough with Mikaela he might open up and let her in on his little secret. Uhmm, a bar would probably be the one to make the most sense. But if she's friends with archer/alex/logan/and sam, or even just a few of them i'm sure that Tanner would have gotten to know her through them.
