So what do you say to forever (Java)

Ava nodded and smiling back. "Then this question you asked me only a few seconds ago seems to have just one possible answer doesn't it?" she replied, leaning in with a smile and kissing him before pulling away. "If you ever for a second thought that I would say no, you do realize that you are crazy, right?" she joked, smirking a little as she rested her forehead against his.

He grinned like an idiot, he slipped the ring on her finger then wrapped his arms around her. He kissed her again. He never wanted to doubt that she would say yes, all of his fears were silenced when she did. It was a strange feeling that grounded Jack. It wasnt as if he was proving something, he just..needed this and needed her as a sure thing in his life.

Ava smiled as he slipped the ring around her finger. She wrapped her arms around his neck tightly as he kissed her, a long and passionate kiss. When it broke apart she laughed a little, looking down at the ring in disbelief and noticing its perfect fit. Maybe it was some sort of strange sign that they were a perfect fit for one another..okay, yeah corny, but she loved thinking it anyways. "I can't believe you just did that.." she said looking at him again, still in shock.

"It's been a long time coming." He said with a smile looking down at her. He kept his hands on her waist, thinking that if he were to release her he would turn into a puddle of....jack and not know what to do with himself. He kept replaying it over in his head but he couldn't make it sink in any quicker...he was engaged.

Ava smirked a little. "Long time as in how long?" she wondered, curious about how long he'd be planning this for. She laughed a little and smiled, completely sure in her decision. She wanted this for a while and hoped she would finally get her fairytale ending.

"The moment we decided to give it another go." He said with a shy smile. In fact for about a year or two now he had the ring and the whole plan but never had the guts to do it. He wasn't nervous about it, it was more of an anxious feeling, something he couldn't describe.

Ava's smile grew as he said this and she thought back to that moment, laying in his bed when her world had changed forever. She'd never regretted that day..not for a second and the guilt she'd felt then, she knew was from her lack of regret. But that was in the past now. She'd long since made amends with Blake and here she was, ready to start forever with the one man she'd never stopped loving. They were soul mates. They understood each other and communicated on a level where words had no meaning. "I think I knew then too..that I wanted this." she admitted, honestly.

Jack smiled down at nothing in particular before glancing back into her eyes with a sheepish grin, his mind moved around and he was trying to pin point the real moment he knew that he loved her but couldn't think of just one. But he knew that he couldn't see himself living life without her, and knew she was the only one who he felt he could talk to about anything and not feel as if he was being judged or anything like that.

Catching his grin, she couldn't help but laugh. "What?" she asked, wondering what he was thinking. She laughed again and squeezed his hand as she moved and placed her own inside of it. She loved how she could be herself around him. He believed in her, her writing..her dreams.

He pulled her hand up to his lips and kissed the back of it gently before moving it back down to where it was resting in his own. " Nothing, just thinking." He said with a small smile. It still hadn't fully sunken in that this was happening. I mean he had been over it in his head so many times he just couldn't grasp that it had finally gone his way.

She nodded, a part of her wanting to know where his head was and another part of her not wanting to. She liked trying to figure him out. Taking his hand, she started walking in the direction of the swings and, finally, sat down on one. "Push me?" she asked, smiling over at him.

He smiled and moved behind the swing as he gripped the chains, "I ask that you keep you hands and feet inside the cabin at all times." He said with a smirk as he pulled back a bit and let the swing go. As it moved back to him he pulled it back a little more and then began pushing her.

"I think I can manage that, captain." She replied with a grin as he started to push her. She laughed a little, feeling at ease just being there with him. This was a new beginning and she couldn't wait for it to start. Then she got an idea. "Jack..." she said to him, slowing the swing down a bit until it stopped. "I don't want to wait..." she told him, hoping he felt the same way. "I want to be your wife and..I want to do that soon..." She'd never thought that she would want to elope, but really she did.

He moved around and sat on the swing next to her, twisting so he could face her the best he could. There was a small smile on his face masked by a hint of confusion. "Soon as in...how soon?" He could grasp what she was saying but thought it was strange since he never actually took ava to be the kind of girl to elope although he wouldnt suggest anything to change her mind.

Ava watched him take a seat next to her and turn to face her and she did the same, holding onto the chains attached to his swing as she looked over at him. "How about soon as in...tonight?" She hoped he wouldn't be freaked out by her suggestion because it was just that..a suggestion. She was just sick of timing and everything else standing in their way. Why not just eliminate time altogether?
